端粒、端粒酶的研究是分子细胞生物学以及医学的热点之一。端粒酶的生物活性机制被认为是细胞获得永生化的必要途径,是恶性转化的基础,与细胞的衰老、肿瘤发生密切相关。随着对端粒酶的结构及其在正常和肿瘤组织细胞的调控机制的理解和认识,靶向端粒酶的胶质瘤治疗将是今后研究的重点。现就近几年反义寡核苷酸、RNA干扰、核酸、基因方面、反转录酶抑制剂等对端粒酶的作用影响予以综述。
Telomere, telomerase research is one of the hot spots of molecular cell biology and medicine. The biological activity mechanism of telomerase is considered as the necessary pathway for immortalization of cells and the basis of malignant transformation, which is closely related to cell senescence and tumorigenesis. With the understanding of the structure of telomerase and its regulation mechanism in normal and tumor cells, the treatment of glioma targeting telomerase will be the focus of future research. In recent years, antisense oligonucleotides, RNA interference, nucleic acids, genes, reverse transcriptase inhibitors on the role of telomerase are reviewed.
