带锈涂料,又称不去锈涂料,除了按其对锈的作用机理不同一般分成转化型、稳定型和渗透型三大类外,它们在性能上也有较大的差异。转化型带锈涂料大都采用磷酸与黄血盐或磷酸与丹宁酸作转化剂。这类带锈涂料适合于锈层比较均匀、不残留氧化皮片状厚锈及旧漆、锈层厚度小于80微米的钢铁表面,对锈的转化作用快。其缺点是难掌握锈层厚度与涂料用量的关系,因为酸少,锈的转化不完全,反之,漆膜中留有酸性物质,为膜下腐蚀提供了条件。而稳定型带锈涂料是以活性颜料作稳锈剂,一般不加酸,因而适应
