本文采用问卷调查和实地考察等研究方法,了解校、企体育文化在学生实习期间发展的实际情况。针对暴露的问题,提出了完善学校和企业的体育管理体制,合理利用体育场地和器材,共同努力提高学生和员工在体育精神文化层面的交流与融合,使学生在实习期间不仅做好身体素质的提高,也要做好心理素质的锻炼,加强与人交流、与人合作等社会适应能力。同时,通过校企体育文化的相互交流,显示出体育的文化效用以及在高职高专院校实用型人才培养中所起的积极作用,拓展了学校体育的涵义。
This paper uses questionnaires and field trips and other research methods to understand the actual situation of school and enterprise PE culture during the development of student internship.
