翼状胬肉是眼科常见病,其治疗方法主要为手术。近年来手术方法不断改进,术后复发率已明显下降,但复发问题仍未完全解决。我院自1984年以来,采用健康公鸡角膜移植治疗翼状胬肉16例,效果满意,现报告如下。 1.动物实验:选择健康公鸡,体重1.5kg斤以上;健康家兔,体重2.5kg以上。以氯胺酮适量注射于家兔腹腔内,待失去知觉进行手术。常规消毒,将家兔角膜12点作一横行板层切开,口长约4mm。分离角膜切口成袋状,将切割好的鸡角膜
