自学考试的办考经费是自学考试事业得以顺利进行的基本保证。解决基层办考经费不足问题可以采取多种途径和办法:一是省考试院应争取出台新的收费项目,提高收费标准;二是应调整省与市(州)现行经费分配比例,制定公平、合理的分配政策;三是应尽快设立自学考试学习服务中心,为考生提供个性化、全方位的服务项目,实行有偿服务。
