在万民创业的新时代,大学生开公司创业必然离不开法律制度的保障。从中央政府及中央各部委到各地省市政府,大都出台了各种规范性文件,以支持大学生独立创办公司,但是目前我国却没有一个关于大学生创办公司的比较系统完善的法律制度。大学生创业应该有一个完备的法律支持系统,配以一套完善的执行保障系统,如此大学生创业才能更加依法稳健的进行。
In the new era of all the people starting a business, college students must start their own business without the protection of the legal system. From the central government and the central ministries and commissions to provincial and municipal governments, most of them have issued various normative documents to support the establishment of independent college students. However, at present, our country does not have a comparatively systematic and complete legal system for starting college students. Undergraduate entrepreneurship should have a complete legal support system, accompanied by a sound implementation of the security system, so that students can start a business more robust according to law.
