研究了不同固溶温度对不同氮含量316L不锈钢组织及力学性能的影响,通过金相显微镜、拉伸、冲击机、SEM等,分析不同固溶温度下316L组织的晶粒度、开裂锻件的组织以及冲击断口。结果表明:316L不锈钢随固溶温度升高强度逐渐降低,塑性保持相对稳定,晶粒尺寸却明显增大,抗冲击性增强,具有优良的抗冲击韧性。
The effects of different solution temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 316L stainless steel with different nitrogen contents were studied. The grain size, the grain size of 316L structure at different solution temperature, the microstructure of cracked forging were analyzed by metallographic microscope, tensile test, As well as impact fracture. The results show that the strength of 316L stainless steel gradually decreases with the increase of solution temperature, the plasticity keeps relatively stable, the grain size obviously increases, the impact resistance is enhanced and the excellent impact toughness is obtained.
