我局位于江西中部的丰城市境内,赣江西岸。筹建于一九五七年,一九五八年正式投产。是我国江南重要优质主焦煤生产基地之一。是“水、火、瓦斯、煤尘、顶板”五大灾害俱全的矿井,是全国闻名的“重灾户”。全局现有生产矿井五对,其中二对属萎缩限产井。矿井地质条件复杂,生产被动,安全隐患大,包袱重、消耗高,经济不景气。严峻的形势考验着全局的各级领导。等待观望只能是自甘沉沦,企业无法生存,职工不答应,伸手向上要,大锅饭已打破,承包指标不能变;唯一的出路只有带领全局职工在改革的大风大浪中寻求自身
The Bureau is located in Fengcheng City in the central part of Jiangxi Province and on the west bank of Jiangxi Province. It was established in 1957 and put into operation in 1958. It is one of the major high quality coking coal production bases in southern China. It is a mine with five major disasters such as water, fire, gas, coal dust, and roof. It is a nationally known “heavily affected household.” There are five pairs of existing production mines in the whole country, of which two pairs belong to atrophy-limited production wells. The geological conditions of the mine are complex, the production is passive, the safety hazards are large, the burden is heavy, the consumption is high, and the economy is sluggish. The severe situation tests the leaders at all levels. Waiting for the wait and see can only be self-perpetuating, enterprises cannot survive, employees do not agree, reach out, large pots have been broken, and contracting targets cannot be changed; the only way out is to lead the overall staff to seek their own in the stormy tide of reforms.
