第一次国共合作时期,中国共产党坚持原则性与策略性的统一,通过党中央制定的劳动斗争纲领,各类群众团体制定的劳资规范文件,通过积极推进以孙中山为大元帅的革命政府以及广州、武汉国民政府的劳动立法工作等三种形式提出了自己的劳资政策,并初步构建了体现契约原则、监督原则、双赢原则的新型的劳资关系观。尽管这一时期党的劳资政策有适应国共合作需要的权宜之计的成份,但在理论与实践上推动了中国革命运动的发展。
During the first cooperation between the KMT and the CPC, the CPC adhered to its principle and strategic unification. Through the program of work-fighting formulated by the Party Central Committee and the normative documents on labor and capital developed by various mass organizations, the CPC actively promoted the revolutionary government with Sun Yat-sen as general manager and Guangzhou , The Wuhan National Government’s labor legislation and other three forms put forward their own labor policy, and initially built to embody the principle of contract, the principle of supervision, win-win principle of the new concept of labor relations. Although the labor and capital policies of the party during this period had the expedient to adapt to the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, they promoted the development of the Chinese revolutionary movement theoretically and practically.
