目的:对植物内生真菌SIPI3.0550进行分类鉴定,并研究其代谢产物。方法:采用固体发酵方法进行培养;检测发酵产物的抗革兰阳性菌(Gram-positive bacteria,G+)、革兰阴性菌(Gram-negative bacteri-a,G-)和真菌活性;使用溶剂萃取、大孔吸附树脂柱层析和结晶等方法分离其中的脂溶性成分;并通过理化性质及光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:从其代谢产物中分离得到两个化合物monomethylsulochrin(1)和trypacidin(2);活性检测结果显示化合物2有抗G+菌和甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)的活性。结论:从植物内生真菌SIPI3.0550中分离得到抗菌活性成分,并发现其有较高的抗MRSA活性。
Objective: To classify and identify the endophytic fungi SIPI3.0550 and study its metabolites. Methods: The solid fermentation method was used for the culture. Gram-positive bacteria (G +), Gram-negative bacteri-a (G-) and fungi activity of the fermentation products were detected. Macroporous resin column chromatography and crystallization methods such as separation of fat-soluble components; and physical and chemical properties and spectral analysis identified its chemical structure. Results: Two compounds, monomethylsulochrin (1) and trypacidin (2), were isolated from their metabolites. The activity test showed that compound 2 had anti-G + and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ) Activity. Conclusion: The antimicrobial active ingredients were isolated from endophytic fungi SIPI3.0550 and found to have high anti-MRSA activity.
