元月lO—18日,临沂地区劳动局会同外经委、公安处消防局对全区“三资”企业劳动安全卫生状况进行了抽查。从总的情况看,这些企业的劳动安全卫生形势较为严峻,主要表现在:1.绝大多数“三资”企业的劳动安全管理制度不健全,事故隐患多。这次抽查,共查出隐患67处,其中重大隐患12处。如某县毛纺有限公司,纺线车间内有消防栓,无消防水,车间用电管理不严,检查组检查时发现电缆联电着火,到了一触即发生重大火灾事故的程度;2.企业领导不重视安全卫生,不了解劳动安全法规,造成劳动安全法规执行不力,特别是“三同时”的审批和验收问题尤为突出。不少企业在设计建设项目时,没有把劳动安全卫生防护设施的经费计算进去,造成企业运转后事故隐患较多。如某蔬菜食品有限公司控调机房,配电室应放在机房外,然而企业在建设时却把配电室
