国有企业党的执政能力工作开展的前提是时刻保持党的,新时期国有企业党务工作的要点是提高整体国企党务干部队伍的整体素质,加强党务干部队伍建设,努力打造一支能够适应新形势发展需要的高素质党务干部队伍,增强国有企业党组织的战斗力和创造力,本文首先分析了国有企业党务干部队伍建设过程中存在的问题,接着有针对性的提出了几点加强国有企业党务干部队伍建设的措施,为我国基层党务建设提供思路,保证基层党建的逐渐完善。
