在坚实的理论基础和现实基础之上,作为新形势下职业院校和行业企业等实现资源共享、优势互补的新途径和新模式,职业教育集团化办学蓬勃发展。为了应对发展中存在的问题,应该在以下七方面采取措施:发挥政府作用、加强内部运行机制管理、吸纳科研院所和行业协会等多元成员加入、建立“双赢”机制和加强内涵建设、走国际化道路、注意向下和向内发展、选择合适的成员单位联合并且彼此之间要相互信任和支持。
