［背景资料］２００２年２月２７日至２８日，省纪委召开第七次全体会议，对全省２００２年党风廉政建设和反腐败工作三项任务作出如下主要部署：第一，要深入推进廉洁自律工作，进一步规范领导干部的从政行为。认真执行中纪委七次全会的要求，继续落实领导干部不准收受有关单位和个人现金、有价证券的规定。禁止领导干部到企业和单位报销应由本人及其配偶、子女支付的个人费用。继续落实领导干部配偶、子女从业的有关规定。狠刹奢侈享乐、铺张浪费歪风。认真纠正一些乡镇领导干部中存在的“走读”现象。继续落实国有企业领导人员廉洁自律的五项规定。继续落实省纪委三次全会提出的不准领导干部干预和插手建设工程项目招投标，或向建设单位介绍、推荐施工队伍的规定。重视抓好城市街道、社区领导干部的廉洁自律。第二，要切实加大办案力度，严厉惩治腐败分子。要继续坚持查办重点案件。要进一步加强群众信访举报工作。拓宽揭露腐败问题的视野和渠道，进一步扩大案源。认真总结推广实行办案协作区（组）制度和加强乡镇纪委办案工作的经验。上级纪检监察机关对下级纪检监察机关查办的一些重要线索和案件，要实行跟踪督办。建立和实行办案工作激励机制。加强对新形势下领导干部违纪违法特点和规律的研究。?
