不少证据表明胆结石患者有胆囊排空异常。本文报道9年间用胆汁酸治疗31例胆石症患者的结果,重点观察胆石溶解期间及溶石后的胆囊排空及充盈情况。患者体重在标准重+20%以内。结石透光,造影见胆囊显影并有收缩功能。平均年龄45.3岁,其中女性16例。均有胆石症症状,超声检查未见胆囊壁增厚。17例用鹅去氧胆酸(CDCA)12～15mg/kg,14例用熊
A lot of evidence shows gallbladder patients have abnormal emptying of the gallbladder. This article reports the results of 31 patients with cholelithiasis treated with bile acid in 9 years, focusing on the gallbladder emptying and filling during and after gallstone dissolution. The patient’s weight is within + 20% of the standard weight. Stones light, angiography see gallbladder development and contraction. The average age was 45.3 years, of which 16 were women.
