职初教师是指新任教师,即指完成了职前教师教育,取得国家规定的教师资格证书,走上学校教学工作岗位0~5年的教师。0~5年的教师入职期对于教师来说很关键,这是一个充满困难和考验的过渡时期。他们将面临巨大的社会角色变化:由受教育者转变为教育者;由父母供养的“孩子”转变为真正独立的“成年人”;由单纯的同学相处转变为必须同时独立面对同事、学生与家长……这个巨大的转变必然给职初教师带来许多挑战、困惑和压力。本期,我们从职初教师专业发展的需求出发,从教学方法和教学心理调适的角度,为他们的专业发展提供建议与帮助。
