领导哲学是领导科学的基础理论,是关于领导活动的世界观和方法论的学问。中国的领导哲学与马克思主义哲学县个别与一般的关系。 毛泽东虽然没有专门提出“领导哲学”这一概念,但他在半个多世纪的领导生涯中,广泛、深刻而卓有成效地把马克思主义哲学原理运用到领导活动中,为领导理论建树了新的丰碑,为马克思主义理论宝库增添了新的瑰宝。本文仅就毛泽东在领导哲学原理、领导哲学的中国特色和领导哲学的方法体系三个方面的理论和实践进行粗浅探讨和概括。
