本文叙述S1240数字程控电话交换机专用的一种用户接口电路（MBLIC）的结构与功能。采用以双极工艺为基础的BiCMOS制造技术，使用相同的结深度，实现了高、低压双极型管（15V，70V）与CMOS管（15V）的结合，制造出MBLICLSI，并通过比利时贝尔电话公司质量认证。
This article describes the structure and functionality of a user interface circuit (MBLIC) specific to the S1240 Digital Program-controlled telephone exchange. Using bipolar technology-based BiCMOS fabrication technology, MBLICLSI is fabricated using the same junction depth with a combination of high and low voltage bipolar tubes (15V, 70V) and CMOS tubes (15V) Company quality certification.
