2004年10月,大概是我就任成都七中育才学校校长两个月的时候。一天中午,我和一位老师共进午餐。谈话的内容很多已记不清楚了,但其中一句话让我深受震动。她告诉我:“晚上备课的时间很长,这两年我基本上没看过电视。”我知道,七中育才的老师们工作非常辛苦:上课、备课、批改作业、培优、辅差……正是这样一大批拼命三郎式的老师,托举着学校走过了办学初期的艰辛。
