呋喃西林呈稳定的黄色溶液,在375nm波长处有最大吸收,故可用分光光度法对呋麻液中的呋喃西林行比色测定。盐酸麻黄素在pH5.6的缓冲液中与溴麝香草酚蓝形成稳定的黄色络合物,其氯仿提取液在4llnm波长处有最大吸收,故可对呋麻液中的盐酸麻黄素行比色测定。其回收率分别为99.4±0.72%和100.15±0.53%.本法取样少,灵敏,简便易行,适宜医院制剂检验要求。
