颌面部骨折虽然已经有了比较完善的治疗方法,但对儿童颌骨骨折,无牙颌或缺牙较多情况下的复杂粉碎骨折,在临床处理上也往往感到困难,我们自1986年10月以来应用自制牙用不锈钢丝U形骨钉行颌面部骨折固定术21例,取得了良好效果。初步报道如下。临床资料与方法应用市售直径为1.0~1.2cm牙用不锈钢丝加压制成扁方形或用市售同型号(牙合)支托钢丝弯制成U形骨钉备用。骨钉长度0.8~1.2cm,深入骨松质之钉2~4mm。切开组织暴露骨折断端外侧旨面,在适当部位用多功能气动骨钻钻孔,暂时固定上下颌骨于正常(牙合)关
