随着现代化大生产和科学技术的不断发展,现代企业日益朝着宏大、复杂和信息、因素众多的方向发展,这就要求企业领导者要具有超前思维的能力。 思维是人类特有的,它有两层含义:一是指思维的结果,即客观事物在人脑中概括的和间接的反映;二是指思维的过程,即人运用概念来作判断和推理的功夫,也称思维方式。超前思维,就其思维结果来说,是指思维“超前反映”的能力,即思维的超前性。预见、预测和未来研究就是“超前反映”的表现形式;就其思维过程来说。它是指思维要超前于客观事物(思维对象)的发展而发展,是相对思维与客观事物的发展间的关系而言的。
