近来,关于纺织品出口退税的话题又成为行业关注的热点。与此前两年间出口退税率持续下调不同的是,这一次业界议论的是,纺织品服装出口退税在不再下调的情况下,是否存在上调的可能,以及一旦上调,对行业将产生什么样的影响。事情缘起于近期坊间传出的出口退税不再下调的消息,中国纺织工业协会杜钰洲会长也曾在家纺企业座谈会上透露了口风,这甚至引发了行业外众多著名财经媒体的争相分析报道。而据消息人士进一步透露,国家似有将纺织品出口退税率提升2~4个百分点之意。
