本文主要对电容压力容器的一种铝合金三通壳体进行有限元分析研究,同时以现场试验的结果来验证有限元分析结果的正确性。一方面修正了测试数据处理方法,使测试的结果更接近实际情况;另一方面对有限元分析的设置进行改进,使有限元分析结果与测试结果更好地接近。最终获得一套有效的关于电容压力容器的有限元分析方法,这对电容压力容器的设计规范将产生一定的影响。
In this paper, a finite element analysis of an aluminum alloy tee shell of a capacitor pressure vessel is carried out. At the same time, the correctness of the finite element analysis is verified by the field test results. On the one hand, the test data processing method is modified so that the test result is closer to the actual situation; on the other hand, the setting of the finite element analysis is improved so that the finite element analysis result is closer to the test result. Finally, an effective finite element analysis method for capacitive pressure vessels is obtained, which will have an impact on the design specifications of capacitive pressure vessels.
