Henry Ford is a revolutionary figure, his idea is unique. He is determined to turn the car into a popular product, so he wants to achieve mass production to achieve his dream. He tried to simplify the structure of the car as much as possible and process all kinds of parts into components, adopting an epoch-making approach - the conveyor belt production line. He introduced a more stimulative industrial economy than the assembly line. This is not a mechanical innovation, but an economic innovation. He argues that mass production does not make sense without the mass purchase of cars or other mass consumer goods; therefore, he implemented a minimum wage of $ 5 a day to raise his own worker's income. The $ 5 salary is probably a trivial sum for now, but it was a sensational event in 1914. This caused the fear of other manufacturers, confused Henry Ford. However, no one thought of this measure to improve the purchasing power of employees, but it brings wealth to the operators themselves.
