这次会议,请各地、州、市、县,自治区各部门主管地方志工作的领导同志参加,主要是要解决两个方面的问题。第一,是要解决对修志的认识问题。使各级党政部门的领导同志进一步提高对修志重大意义和作用的认识,认识到修志是本职工作,非干不可,非早干不可,非干好不可,下决心修志。第二,要对今后的修志工作,订出规划,作出切实的安排。 现在,我讲以下四个问题。
