原子吸收光谱法是检测微量金属元素的一种较为理想的手段。我们参照Fuwa KPulido P等(1964)报道的测定方法,用于实践,并应用该法对68例健康人做了正常值测定。现将方法介绍如下。 锌是一种灵敏度高的金属元素,阳离子化学干扰一般不常见,尿液中的钠离子可能呈现增感效果,但在空气—乙炔火焰中观察不到,而其它可能产生的干扰,可用10%正丙醇作抑制剂加以消除,试样不需特殊的预处理(尿蛋白高时可采取除去蛋白的操作)。
Atomic absorption spectrometry is a more ideal method to detect trace metal elements. Urinary sodium ions may show a sensitizing effect but are not observed in air-acetylene flames, while other possible interferences can be detected with 10% Propanol as an inhibitor to be eliminated, the sample without special pretreatment (proteinuria can be taken to remove the protein operation).
