素质教育是根据社会发展的实际需要,以全面提高学生素质为目的的按照教育教学规律进行的教育,是德育、智育、体育、美育、劳动教育的完整结合。毋庸讳言,我们的基础教育,普遍以追求升学率为目标,对于艺术教育,尤其是音乐教育,一直未提到应有的地位予以重视。而事实上,音乐教育在素质教育中具有重大的作用,如果我们能端正思想,采取强有力的措施,音乐教育势必能促进素质教育的发展。
Quality education is based on the actual needs of social development, in order to improve the overall quality of students in accordance with the law of education and education, is a complete combination of moral education, intellectual education, physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education. Needless to say, our basic education generally aims at pursuing the education attainment rate. We have not given any attention to the proper status of arts education, especially music education. In fact, music education plays an important role in quality education. If we can correct our thinking and adopt strong measures, music education will surely promote the development of quality education.
