冷战结束以来,国际干预的频繁程序大大提高,有关国际干预的文章也层出不穷。本文对“国际干预”与“干涉”两概念进行区分的基础上,主要从国际法的视角对国际干预进行了分析,讨论了现存的国际法为国际干预行为留有的发展空间,国际干预在现有国际法体制下的困境,并对有关国际干预的国际法未来的发展提出了自己的建议。
Since the end of the Cold War, the frequency of international intervention has been greatly increased, and articles on international interference have emerged in an endless stream. Based on the distinction between the concepts of “international intervention” and “interference”, this article analyzes the international intervention mainly from the perspective of international law, discusses the existing development space that international law has left for international intervention, The dilemma under the international law system and made its own suggestions on the future development of international law concerning international interference.
