The close connection between ideological and political education and the development of modern talents is an important driving force for promoting the all-round development of people. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the development of modern talents in ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in the development of modern talents in ideological and political education and probes into the ways of ideological and political education in developing modern talents.
