盐酸二氢埃托啡(DHE)是一种高效的麻醉性镇痛药,并具有一定程度的药物依赖性潜力。近来在云南地区出现滥川DHE的现象,某些人因滥用或超大剂量使用而造成急性中毒也时有发生。1991年7月至1992年8月,我们共抢救11例,现报道如下。 11例DHE急性中毒患者中,男性8例,女性3例;年龄16-24 a;职业:个体户6例,出租汽车司机3例,待业青年2例,均为海洛因成瘾后用DHE戒断、用药过量所致。用药时间:3个月至1 a。用药剂量为每次40-400μg。同时注射安定注射液20 mg者1例。中毒时间:多于用药后1-15 min,用药剂量越大,反应
