2月25日16时许,陕西省西潼高速公路一涵洞下,一辆装有20余吨丙烯气体的大型罐车在通过该限高4.2米的涵洞时被卡住,罐体上方一安全阀被撞裂,罐车内丙烯大量泄漏,面对危险,两名肇事司机弃车逃逸。事故发生后,西安市临潼区委、区政府在积极组织相关部门抢险的同时,立即疏散群众,附近的小寨小学、西沟小学和白庙小学设立了3个临时安置点,妥善安置被疏散的村民。距事发地点方圆2公里的4个行政村近7000多人被及时疏散。
