众所周知,异烟肼治疗过程中可出现多种副作用,如过敏性皮炎、肝损害、周围神经炎、乳房增大、白细胞减少、性欲减退、痉挛性痛经、甲状腺机能障碍、柯兴氏综合征、胃肠道反应等。但异烟肼或异烟腙引起连发型超敏反应却属少见,国内似尚无报告。现将我院所见一例报告于下,供参考。患者邓××,男性,57岁,工人,住院号32985。因反复咳嗽5年,眩晕20天,于1981年10月8日入院。患者自1976年起常有咳嗽咯痰,用链霉素后,症状改善。1979年集体胸透时发现“肺结核”,即使用
