大柳塔煤矿是神华集团神府东胜煤炭有限责任公司建成的第一个特大型现代化高产高效矿井,1987年10月开建,1996年元月投产。自建矿以来,矿党委根据建设“双高”矿井改革发展的不同时期,突出主题,抓住重点,自加压力,以有效的思想政治工作,推进矿井两个文明建设,实现了企业持续、快速、健康发展,1997年和1998年连续两年,大柳塔煤矿被国家煤炭工业局命名为特级高产高效矿井。大柳塔煤矿党委在煤矿现代化建设中,紧紧围绕“双高”矿井建设这个主题,通过几年的探索和实践,突出五个重点开展了思想政治工作。
Daliuta Coal Mine is the first super large-scale modern high-yield and high-efficiency mine built by Shenhua Dongsheng Coal Co., Ltd., which was built in October 1987 and put into operation in January 1996. Since the construction of the mine, the Party Committee of the Party has established the “two-high” mine reform and development in different periods, highlighted the theme, seized the key points, and applied pressure to effectively promote the construction of the two civilizations of the mine and achieved continuous business development. Rapid and healthy development, for two consecutive years in 1997 and 1998, the Daliuta Coal Mine was named by the State Coal Industry Administration as a special high-yield and high-efficiency mine. In the modernization of coal mines, the party committee of the Daliuta Coal Mine closely focused on the theme of “double high” mine construction. Through several years of exploration and practice, it highlighted the five priorities and carried out ideological and political work.
