随着北大国际医院、北京爱育华妇儿医院、江苏省南通市通州区人民医院、徐州市北区股份制医院等成功改制案例的出现,有关混合所有制改革的可行性争议、公益性与营利性冲突顾虑、国有资产流失嫌疑、工作人员安置忧虑等问题,不仅在理论方面得到了清晰解剖,也在实践中找到了突破路径。敢于尝试的先例在公立医院混合所有制改革涌现出敢于尝试的先例。
