女性图书馆员是高校图书馆开展读者服务工作的主力军,她们的工作效率会直接影响到最终的读者满意度,所以剖析并且提升其工作满意度对图书馆的发展有很大的现实意义。本文在对宁夏回族自治区高校图书馆员实证调查的基础上,对女性图书馆员工作满意度的状况进行了剖析,构建提出了合理的改进措施。
Female librarians are the main force in carrying out reader services in university libraries. Their work efficiency will directly affect the ultimate readership satisfaction. Therefore, analyzing and enhancing their job satisfaction has great practical significance for the development of libraries. Based on the empirical investigation of university librarians in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, this paper analyzes the job satisfaction of female librarians and puts forward reasonable measures for improvement.
