改革的大潮让我国的发展突飞猛进,经济新常态需要整个社会调整发展的结构,温州的特色小镇的发展树立了经济新常态下的标榜,全面建设一批特色鲜明,地域气息浓烈,环境优美的特色小镇,具有游客承载力,兼具本土居民居住的社区。温州切实的贯彻习总对浙江“干在实处永无止境、走在前列要谋新篇”指示精神的具体实践,是推动经济新常态下加快区域发展的战略选择,也是加快区域发展的重要途径之一。利于温州利用本土的特色低影响发展经济的手段,能够促进温州的就业且推动温州的城乡发展。本文依据经济转型发展战略选择下的温州特色小镇的发展现状及发展趋势,以及特点给出相应的建议。
