我队在实际操作当中常常感到KAM—500型鑽机的某些部件影响工作效率和安全,因此在原有构造的基础上做了一些改进,增加了工作的可靠性和安全性,加快了工作速度。一、皮带開关安全鎖 原KAM—500型鑽机的皮带开关,缺少簡便灵活的安全装置,因此于实际操作当中如欲使皮带处于工作輪上或空轉輪上,即需扭紧皮带撥扠下面的固定螺丝方能固定(实际按裝当中,往往由于按装的毛病,皮带时常有生自动开关車現象,危害工作安全),这样操作既麻烦而作用又未必完全可靠。为杜絕这类事故,我队在KAM—500型鑽机的皮带开关上,加装了“皮带开关安全锁”其作用可靠,构造簡单。如图1所示,在距撥扠桿支板45公厘处,在撥桿上鑽一孔,
