患者 ,女 ,47岁。因直肠腺癌术后 4个月 (术后已予放、化疗 )、复视 2个月、左眼失明 1个月伴头痛 ,于 1 999年 1 1月 2 9日收治入院。体检 :左眼球较右眼球突出 ,外展受限 ,内收及下视部分受限 ,瞳孔中度扩大 ,对光反射消失 ;左眼无光感 ;左三叉神经眼支感觉减退 ;鼻腔未见异?
Patient, female, 47 years old. Four months after operation of rectal adenocarcinoma (postoperatively, radiotherapy and chemotherapy were given), diplopia for 2 months, and left eye blindness for 1 month with headache, were admitted to hospital on January 29th, 1999. Physical examination: The left eyeball is more prominent than the right eyeball, the abduction is limited, the adduction and inferior vision are partially limited, the pupil is moderately enlarged, and the light reflex disappears; the left eye has no light perception; the left trigeminal nerve eye branch is diminished; the nasal cavity is not seen different?
