目的:研究香芪颗粒对免疫抑制小鼠抗感染机能的影响。方法:小鼠灌胃给药,皮下注射环磷酰胺和(或)氢化可的松抑制小鼠免疫功能,然后肺内或腹腔注射所试菌株,观察香芪颗粒对免疫抑制小鼠死亡率的影响。结果:香芪颗粒显著降低感染克雷伯杆菌、肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌免疫抑制小鼠的死亡率。结论:香芪颗粒可显著提高免疫抑制小鼠抗感染机能。
Objective: To study the effect of Xiangxiong Granules on the anti-infection function of immunosuppressed mice.
