目的观察健康成人在头低位模拟失重30d实验结束后,视觉诱发电位恢复的情况。方法选取青年男性健康志愿者8名,于-6°头低位卧床模拟失重状态下持续30d,记录其实验前、实验结束后第1、2、3天双眼在不同空间频率下的视觉诱发电位,标记P100波。结果在不同空间频率下,视觉诱发电位P100波的潜伏期及波幅,于实验前后均无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论健康成人-6°头低位卧床模拟失重实验30d结束后,视觉诱发电位可以迅速恢复。
Objective To observe the recovery of visual evoked potentials after 30 days of head-weight simulated weightlessness in healthy adults. Methods Eight young male volunteers were enrolled in this study. They were exposed to -6 ° head-down ambulatory simulated weightlessness for 30 days. The visual evoked potentials of both eyes at different spatial frequencies were recorded before and after the experiment. Mark P100 wave. Results Under different spatial frequencies, the latency and amplitude of visual evoked potentials P100 wave had no significant changes before and after the experiment (P> 0.05). Conclusions The visual evoked potentials can recover quickly after 30 days of simulated -6d head-weight bed weight loss in healthy adults.
