十一届三中全会以来,党的制度建设日益受到全党的重视,特别是党的十三大报告中, 制度建设的重要性被提到了新的高度。在当前进行制度建设的实践中,应该注意解决的问题很多,其中之一就是要注意处理好制度建设与思想教育的关系,使党的制度建设和思想教育工作相互促进,共同发展。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the party’s system has been increasingly valued by the entire party. In particular, in the 13th CPC National Congress report, the importance of institution building has been raised to a new height. In the current practice of system construction, we should pay attention to many problems to be solved. One of them is to pay attention to handling the relationship between system construction and ideological education so that the party system construction and ideological education work together for mutual development and common development.
