本文介绍一种以空间啮合原理为基础,以啮合迹线所形成的螺旋曲面作为滚刀基本蜗杆共轭曲面的大直径直沟正前角矩形花键滚刀的设计原理及设计计算程序,并有设计计算实例,以供参考。本文介绍的直沟正前角矩形花键滚刀与普通螺旋刃零前角花键滚刀比较,具有刃形设计精度高,刃形测量精度高及耐用度高,使用寿命长等优点。本文所介绍的原理,亦适合于尖齿花键滚刀的设计计算。
