建筑物中设有给排水、热力、空调管道的技术设备层,按照《建筑给水排水设计规范》及《民用建筑设计通则》有关要求,其地面排水宜设置泄水装置。实际使用中发现,设备层内的各种管道及阀门由于需要维修或更换而人为泄水、突发性意外漏水以及在夏季因管道表面结露而产生冷凝水
In the building, there is a technical equipment layer for water supply, drainage, heat and air-conditioning pipelines. According to the relevant requirements of Code for Design of Water Supply and Drainage in Buildings and General Rules for Design of Civil Buildings, drainage devices should be provided for drainage on the ground. In actual use, various pipes and valves in the equipment layer were found to be artificially drained due to the need of maintenance or replacement, unexpected accidental water leakage and condensation of water on the pipe surface in summer due to condensation
