上消化道异物在临床上较为多见,而大部分是由于误吞所致,病情一般较急,故要求尽快处理。我院消化科自1993年7月～1995年7月共做紧急胃镜31例,其中上消化道异物就有21例,占总数的67.7％,现将21例病例报告如下。 资料:本组21例上消化道异物患者中,男性13例,女性8例;年龄最大为82岁,最小4岁;平均年龄43.4岁,异物主要是由于误吞或在食道癌的基础上引起。本组误吞者12例,占59.5％,食道癌基础上7例,占33.3％,1例为寄生虫,1例术中未见异物。食
