作为一种新兴的资产形式,涉案网络虚拟资产及其价格鉴证受到人们越来越多的关注。本文针对网络经济活动的现状,分析了涉案网络虚拟资产的基本特征和属性,进而归纳出涉案网络虚拟资产的内涵。在此基础上,探讨了涉案网络虚拟资产价格鉴证的基本原则、主要指标和鉴证方法,并对涉案网络虚拟资产价格鉴证实践提出相关建议。
As a new form of assets, virtual network involved in the case and its price certification by the people more and more attention. In this paper, according to the status quo of network economic activities, this paper analyzes the basic characteristics and attributes of the virtual assets involved in the network, and then concludes the connotation of the virtual assets involved in the network. On this basis, the basic principles, main indicators and authentication methods of network virtual asset price verification are discussed, and some suggestions are put forward for the practice of network virtual asset price verification.
