为克服传统的疤痕松解植皮术治疗小儿面颈部烫伤后颌颈疤痕粘连的种种不足，而皮瓣游离移植及局部使用皮肤扩张器等手术方法对小儿又不太合适。我们采用胸三角皮下蒂皮瓣一期矫正小儿颌颈粘连。临床应用12例，获得较为满意的疗效，是一种修复小儿颌颈疤痕粘连较为理想的手术方法。
In order to overcome the deficiencies of traditional scar release skin grafting in the treatment of facial and neck scar adhesions in children with face and neck scalds, the surgical methods of free flap and local skin expander are not suitable for children. We use the thoracic triangular subcutaneous pedicle flap correction of jaw and neck adhesions in children. Clinical application of 12 cases, to obtain more satisfactory curative effect, is a repair of children’s jaw and neck scar adhesion is the ideal surgical method.
