In the process of deepening reforms in 1989, the hospital sent 33 people to participate in more than one year of advanced studies for the purpose of strengthening the quality of medical treatment and nursing and improving the quality of medical personnel. There were 38 foreign language training personnel, accounting for the total number of employees in the hospital. 11.83% of the total number of people; organized 12 lectures on business learning in the whole institute; held 10 sessions of professional subjects; currently, all departments in the hospital focused on learning, and diligently studying business techniques has become a common practice.
