目的分析血清肿瘤相关物质(BXTM)检测对于恶性肿瘤早期诊断的重要意义。方法将150例恶性肿瘤确诊病例作为A组,100例良性肿瘤及非肿瘤确诊病例作为B组,1000名健康人员作为C组。在空腹采血并进行血清分离后对他们的血清样本进行BXTM检测。结果 A组患者的BXTM含量高于B、C两组,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。B组与C组相比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。其中,对于肺癌检测的敏感性为86.84%,食道癌68.75%,结直肠癌90.48%,胃癌85%。良性肿瘤的特异性为92.3%、自身免疫病的特异性为87.5%、感染病的特异性为85.71%。结论由于BXTM检测对于恶性肿瘤的诊断具有较高的广谱性和敏感性,因此在恶性肿瘤的早期诊断,良、恶性肿瘤鉴别以及肿瘤检查中具有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the significance of detecting serum tumor related substance (BXTM) in the early diagnosis of malignant tumor. Methods A total of 150 cases of malignant tumor diagnosed as group A, 100 cases of benign tumors and non-tumor confirmed cases as group B and 1000 healthy persons as group C. BXTM tests were performed on their serum samples after fasting and serum separation. Results The BXTM content of group A was higher than that of group B and C (P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant. B group and C group, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Among them, the sensitivity for lung cancer detection was 86.84%, esophageal cancer 68.75%, colorectal cancer 90.48%, gastric cancer 85%. The specificity of benign tumors was 92.3%, the specificity of autoimmune diseases was 87.5%, and the specificity of infectious diseases was 85.71%. Conclusion BXTM is of great importance in the early diagnosis of malignant tumors, benign and malignant tumors, and in the detection of tumors because of its broad spectrum and sensitivity for the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
