为纪念中国共产党成立80周年,提高音乐创作水平,推作品、出人才,辽宁盘锦市音乐家协会、作家协会不久前在盘锦市联合举办了“歌曲创作笔会”。辽河油田与盘锦市约50位作者参加了此次笔会。词、曲作家邬大为、晨枫、冯世全、龚荣光等应邀到会,同与会作者在座谈交流的同时,还分别作了专题讲座,进行了具体的创作辅导,修改了一批歌词、歌曲作品;而多年来执著于歌词创作的北京企业家孙朝成,还就自己的创作体会、成功经验等,热情洋溢地同与会者进行了面对面的交谈,从而使笔会气氛相当活跃,十分融洽。经过多次反复集中研讨、分散创作的实践过程,目前已有大约40余首歌曲产生。将提供给即将举行的“盘锦市歌手大奖赛”选唱。
